Currys Be Amazing

The Challenge
To create a digital rewards and recognition brand experience for retail colleagues across the entire Currys portfolio, integrating key campaigns, sales training programmes and supplier incentives into one central hub. An initiative that would motivate and drive colleague engagement digitally, ultimately translating into increased sales on the shop floor.





The Solution
A bespoke and unique web portal for colleagues, called BeAmazing. This constantly evolving digital platform houses unique systems to increase engagement in the Currys brand and their work, whilst providing useful data to the business on incentivising the workforce.
Features include personal and store performance and reward tracking, increasing competition and gamification against peers. Popular engagement features include instant-win competitions, ‘test your knowledge’ quizzes and supplier competitions, which are all integrated into the portal and tracked. Live HR data, including customer feedback is also accessed via this portal and utilised to reward colleagues.
The Results
- Close to 90% of all retail colleagues have signed up to the site
- Approaching 1 million logins
- Just under 4 million views across the site
- Thousands of pounds of prizes given away
- Worked with over 60 key supplier partners
- The portal has become an essential part of colleague’s daily routine to track personal performance
