To create a rewards and recognition programme, as well as an engaging digital training tool, that would help drive sales and boost knowledge of the Samsung premium device range. The campaign required maximum engagement, so innovation around the reward mechanic and interactivity was pivotal.
Our inhouse creative and digital teams created a bespoke web app that included incentive information, interactive quizzes, leader boards, and personalised profiles to track progress and redeem rewards. Our employee reward and recognition systems provided the client with valuable insights and analytics monitoring engagement throughout. To bring the experience alive, a lifestyle inspired identity was created aligning to the latest Samsung Galaxy S9 campaign.
To ensure the campaign stood out, a personalised reward mechanic was created, allowing the audience to select their chosen reward upon registration from nine Samsung products. This provided insight into what rewards motivate, maximised allegiance with the brand, and put the control in the hands of the audience.
