Overview

BT wanted to reimagine its annual Security Advisory Board meeting to create a more engaging, valuable experience for senior leaders and industry experts.

The event needed to provide a secure peer network where members could access advanced insight into strategy and innovation, while also creating space for meaningful discussion and direct engagement with senior stakeholders.

With a high-level audience, the experience needed to strike the right balance between valuable content and premium networking, creating a trusted environment where peer-to-peer interaction could happen naturally.

Solution

Creating space for insight and connection

We curated a one-day event in London, combining keynote and guest speakers with branded assets, presentations and video content. Key topics, including AI, Quantum and Multi-Cloud, were highlighted to spark discussion on their future impact in cybersecurity.

Attendees were invited to explore new ideas, adopt best practices, and trial upcoming initiatives within their organisations. A secure networking session followed, held at an exclusive London penthouse with views of the Thames, allowing senior peers and board members to connect.
