Overview

Quadient wanted to reward 160 of its top performers from around the world with a once-in-a-lifetime incentive experience in Peru, bringing winners and their chosen guests together with the senior leadership team to celebrate success and inspire future performance.

The programme needed to feel genuinely exceptional while creating meaningful opportunities for senior leaders to personally recognise attendees, strengthen relationships and embed company values throughout the journey.

With guests travelling independently from multiple international locations, the experience also demanded careful logistical planning, from arrivals and altitude management to partner-inclusive programming. At the same time, Peru needed to be brought to life as a true bucket-list destination through experiences that felt authentic, memorable and impossible to replicate elsewhere.

Community impact and CSR also played an important role, ensuring the programme delivered value beyond the guest experience itself.

Solution

Turning Peru into a reward worth striving for

We designed a programme that immersed delegates in Peru while continually reinforcing Quadient’s core values. The journey began in Cusco with a welcome dinner, giving guests the opportunity to connect, socialise and acclimatise to the altitude.

Authentic cultural experiences anchored the itinerary, from time spent with local craftspeople learning about traditional pottery and weaving to memorable activities including a llama encounter and horse riding.

In the Sacred Valley, adventure-led experiences such as ziplining and quad biking offered a new perspective on Peru’s dramatic landscapes, while visits to iconic landmarks brought the country’s rich history to life. A privately chartered train made the journey itself part of the experience.

Throughout the programme, guests enjoyed local entertainment and regional cuisine, while a dedicated event app drove engagement through daily communications linking each activity back to Quadient’s core values.
